Are your products damaged?
We are very sorry. Please send us the following information
- Order number or invoice number. We sent them to you by email.
- Photos of the damaged goods and the cause (e.g. damaged shipping box)
- Your phone number and when we can reach you
- 2-3 sentences about exactly what is damaged (e.g. 1 bottle, all bottles etc.)
We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
